Rana is the Coparent Education (COPE) Provider for Lehigh and Monroe Counties. Her approach centers on the needs of the child or children in helping parents be better able to communicate and coparent over time. Rana is approved as a provider by many area family courts for co-parent counseling, reunification counseling, and supervised visitation. Systemic and family issues can create conflict that may cause individual struggles. She performs immigration evaluations and assessments for families seeking fertility assistance. She has pursued additional certification and training in trauma, mediation, family issues, and attachment. Rana has extensive experience working with adults, couples, children and their families in a variety of clinical settings. She then earned a Masters in Social Service as well as Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr.
She completed her undergraduate education at Juniata College. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. Rana Dimmig is the owner of A New Dawn Psychotherapy Associates, LLC.
